KATHY
Kathleen Gallagher is a lifelong resident of Throggs Neck, and she continues to positively impact her community following in the footsteps of her family. Her aunt and uncle owned and ran the German stadium for many years, which inspired Kathleen to lead another community landmark with her husband, Smokey, and his family — Charlie’s Inn. After 34 successful years at Charlie’s Inn, she went on to manage the Wicked Wolf for 11 years. As a final act, Kathleen is pursuing her passions as an event planner and entertainer, throwing parties at the Turner Club. She hopes to turn your future events into your favorite memories!
JOHN
John Marotta began his culinary career early on, as he was inspired by his southern Italian mother. This upbringing instilled a love and respect for quality and tradition, that shines in his cooking. John has been a successful chef and business owner for over 30 years, specializing in catering and private events. Throughout his career, John has always approached food with love, creativity, and an extreme attention to detail. John’s specialties include Italian classics, Latin American favorites, European delights, and Asian infused dishes.
